2011 Program Timeline

 

August - January
Program promotion and awareness campaign.
January 28, 2011
Participation registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours.  Companies will then receive an invoice within 15 days (if applicable). Fees are due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

Companies choosing to withdraw from the process, may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.
February 4, 2011
A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing all the email addresses is February 6, 2011. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal (online option only).

Deadline to submit customization requests (optional).
Deadline to request alternate language surveys (if applicable).
February 6, 2011
Deadline to submit your company’s list of employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses (online option only).
February 6, 2011
A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.
February 11, 2011
If applicable, paper version of the employee survey and postage-paid return envelopes are sent to the primary contact at participating companies for distribution (paper option only).
February 18, 2011
Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.
February 25, 2011
Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email (online option only).
March 4, 2011
Deadline for all paper versions of the employee survey.
March 11, 2011
Deadline for all online versions of the employee survey.
April 7, 2011 BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.
April 2011 The BCG Employee Feedback Reports (if purchased) are sent to participating companies.
 September 2011 Publication date for "Outside's Best Places to Work" by Outside magazine.
 October 2011 Benchmarking portion of the Employee Feedback Report is sent (if purchased).
